We gladly accept COM (customer's own material).
Customers must have fabric in hand when a pick-up is scheduled. The total balance of a contract is due the day of delivery. An order approval signature is required before items are placed on the workroom schedule.
A pick-up and delivery fee of $25 (ground floor only) within the Grand Strand and South Strand Areas in SC. Pick-up locations over 20 miles away from Murrells Inlet may carry a higher fee.

Furniture in good condition (springs, frame and padding/Foam are left as is). Replacing foam cushions or seat spring tying is an extra charge depending on the piece and will be quoted before repair takes place.
Fabrics quoted as solid or very little pattern repeats, if extra fabric is needed, it is purchased at the expense of the customer. No sleeper sofas, recliners are accepted. Sectionals are priced separately.
This is a waiver and release of liability. I have read and fully understand the terms of this agreement. I freely and voluntarily release Basic Design, LLC of any and all liability, completely and unconditionally. Basic Design, LLC is not responsible for products or incidents involving products after the date of delivery. I have had a chance to discuss the design plan and personally address any concerns or questions with a representative of Basic Design, LLC prior to the ordering of custom products.

Re-strapping of Seat or Back Webbing
The webbing is the foundational cornerstone of an upholstered piece. Strong, secure webbing provides durability and a base for coil spring work.
Replacement Spring Repair and Retying
Retying or replacing single springs or whole sets is a service offered. Any repairs or a replacement work will extend the delivery date.

Full Tear Down and Full Rebuild available
This option offers a full tear down to the furniture's bare wood. The strapping and springs are replaced, as well as cardboard and Dacron. The seat cushion foam can be freshly ordered if needed. This full rebuild cost is added to the above price list for recovering original furniture.
