Upholstery Options
Custom Nail Heads
Color Options: Brass, Silver, Black and more. We can add or replace nail heads with an additional labor charge of $15 per linear foot. This charge includes stocked nail heads only. If nail heads are custom ordered, the price of product and shipping will add to the estimated upholstery cost.
Waterfall Skirts
Waterfall skirts fall loosely from the top of the chair either on the front, sides or back. These skirts require an additional lining to be purchased as well as a labor charge of 1.5 times the price listed.
Pleated Skirts
We are happy to pleat a skirt on chairs, sofas and ottomans. The additional labor charge are listed below.

Button Tufting
Custom button tufting includes a custom hand made fabric button and hand tied tufting. The upholstery labor for button tufting is $7 per button and includes labor and materials needed.
Recliners
Recliners require the dismantling of parts of interior mechanics before upholstery begins. Time and Labor is seen in the increased Upholstery cost given.

Decorative Trim or Tassel Edge
A decorative custom trim band or fringe can be added and may be hand sewn. The additional labor charge for a custom trim is listed below.
Machine Sewn $5 per linear foot

Serged Fabric Edges
For durability, we serge the edges of cushions to prevent unraveling, if requested, for washable fabrics or fabrics that are loosely woven. The additional charge for serging the edges is $10 per cushion, measuring up to 39"x39" Larger cushions are priced. separately
Attatched Cushions
Attached Cushions are sewn into the body of the furniture and must be patterned together in many, many, joined pieces. The dismantling of these pieces takes additional time. The additional charge for attached cushions is listed below.

Extra Hand Sewn Dacron
An additional option to create full and tight cushions. We hand sew an extra layer of Dacron to the original/new cushion for a firm, full seat. The additional charges are listed below.
